ENGINEERING AND PRODUCTION PLAN DESIGN
With appropriate and relevant training, our technical design team has acquired the skills to conceptualize and design production and investment plan solutions that satisfy the needs of our clients. Using modern design software and accompanying technology, we can take complete ownership of a solution which considers the following: machines and power requirements, space and raw materials requirement, manpower and financial requirement and production plant design. Our design Engineers are exposed both locally and internationally in training and hands-on and with continued technical support from our manufacturers, their expertise are employed in supporting our clients’ projects to ensure a near fail-proof solutions. We employ similar technical expertise in our fire safety and security systems design and installations.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Professional supervision of projects to ensure timely completion, according to specifications and within budget constitutes project management. DEGA Multi Concept ensures a streamlined project management process that enables successful project delivery. The experience of our project team and their activities within international best practices guarantees satisfactory delivery.
Methodology
DEGA Multi Concept applies proven methodologies that have been used all over the world in
project management. We have developed and adopted these methodologies which we will
customize for the client. From the inception of a project to commissioning & handover, due
process and procedures have been put in place to guide our path to the successful delivery of

SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
DEGA Multi Concept has developed long standing relationship with our suppliers and manufacturers both locally and internationally. This has enhanced responsiveness and placed our enquiries and order on priority list. Our sourcing and supply staffs are adequately trained to ensure we keep our promises of timely and quality machines and product delivery.
To further enhance our procurement and supply efficiency, we have adopted the “multiple channel” and “urgent” priority level supply system just to ensure that we do not make excuses. Our sole representative status with most of our manufacturers ensures our order and requests are treated expeditiously.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
The importance of financial management in project delivery cannot be overemphasized. Financial management is an integral part of our growth strategy and we have excelled in our ability to efficiently manage finance to deliver products and projects. We ensure accountability, efficiency, economy, and solvency. Our policies and practices regarding financial planning, programming, accounting, reporting, auditing and funding are in strict compliance with international standards. We follow set procedures in the areas of project finance. These procedures include: assessing the rationale for a project, defining project objectives, forecasting effective demand for project outputs, assessing whether the business/project's net benefits will be sustainable throughout the life of the business/project, analyzing the sensitivity of project decisions and the risks associated with the business/project.
Milestone Financing
All transactions are broken down into milestones that should be achieved within specified and agreed timelines. Critical milestones are identified and associated costs attached accordingly; funds are then disbursed along these milestones to ensure that set goals are achieved. This acts as a monitoring mechanism in order to avoid any waste.
