At the project sites, the HSE policies and objectives are communicated to all site personnel,

including the client. The training includes site induction training, supervisor HSE training course,

specific task training such as heavy load lifting by crane, scaffolding erection, and confined spaceentry, Hazard Identification and Risk Analysis, Job Safety Analysis, tool box meeting, first aid training, fire fighting and emergency evacuation drill training, and work permit system, waste

management system.
